If we have given you a Written Engine and Transmission Warranty
for your vehicle
Our Engine and Transmission Warranty covers your vehicle’s engine and transmission components. Our warranty provides coverage for any repair or replacement of engine and transmission components that fail due to a defect in material or workmanship.
To maintain the warranty, you must keep your vehicle properly maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule, use only genuine manufacturer parts or approved equivalents when making repairs or replacements, and keep all service records and receipts to verify the maintenance and repairs made on your vehicle. Furthermore, the vehicle must be serviced by us before delivery to the customer. This helps ensure that your vehicle is in good condition and that there are no underlying issues that could lead to engine or transmission failure.
Please note that our warranty excludes damage or failure resulting from neglect or lack of maintenance, damage or failure resulting from an accident, misuse, abuse, or modification of the vehicle, and damage or failure resulting from environmental factors such as flood, fire, or natural disasters, and wear and tear items.
The liability of our dealership under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective engine or transmission component. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the failure of the engine or transmission component.
In the event of an engine or transmission component failure, please contact us for warranty service. We will repair or replace the defective component in accordance with the terms of this warranty.
